The FBRDirect Division of FBR Investment Services, Inc. closed effective Monday, November 24, 2008.

If you had an account at FBRDirect, you were provided notice as to the disposition of your account.

To minimize the impact of our closure on account holders, FBRDirect was able to transfer some accounts to Folio Investing® Investments, Inc. (FOLIOfn) on or before that date. In other instances FBRDirect could transfer an account only upon your written direction.

If your account has not been transferred to FOLIOfn or to another broker-dealer at your request and you would like to receive information regarding the status of your account, please contact FBRDirect's former clearing firm, National Financial Services LLC, at 1-800-801-9942.
