Paul T. Dell'Isola

Senior Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets

Paul Dell’Isola is a Senior Managing Director and the Head of Capital Markets at FBR.  He joined FBR in 1992 as one of the early partners in the firm.  Mr. Dell’Isola ran the high yield trading desk before becoming a Senior Vice President and leading producer of the Institutional Brokerage Sales Department.  As Head of Capital Market Sales, he was part of a team that was responsible for the execution of capital market transactions. 

Paul is a member of both the company’s executive and commitment committees.

Before joining FBR, he was head of Finance and Insurance Department operations for Mid Atlantic Cars, the management company for the fifth-largest chain of automobile dealerships in the U.S. 

Paul is on the Board of Trustee and Head of Development Committee at Connelly School of the Holy Child in Potomac, MD.  He is active in the community and supports numerous charities. Paul and his wife, Miriam, are especially active in organizations that support the health and welfare of children, including St. Anne’s Infant and Maternity Home, the Center City Consortium, and Catholic Charities.  He currently lives in Bethesda, MD, with his wife and six children.
