Winsor H. Aylesworth

Portfolio Manager, FBR Fund Advisers, Inc.

Winsor H. Aylesworth is an Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager for FBR Fund Advisers.  Mr. Aylesworth oversees the management of the FBR Gas Utility Index Fund, and the FBR Large Cap Technology Fund.  In addition, Mr. Aylesworth is in charge of new product development and administrative oversight for the FBR Funds. Mr. Aylesworth’s investment strategy emphasizes quantitative analysis using proprietary modeling and enhanced indexing techniques to evaluate various industries and in tracking various sector indices.

Prior to joining FBR, Mr. Aylesworth was the President of Grandview Advisers, a Registered Investment Adviser that managed the GrandView Funds, and was publisher of an investment newsletter, The Winsor Report. Prior to that he was an Executive Vice President for Bank of Boston.

Mr. Aylesworth received a M.B.A. degree from DePaul University in 1979 and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Meteorology from Florida State University in 1971 and 1969.
